Welcome to the NEW Colorado ARES Region 1 District 1 website, PLEASE excuse the dust while we rebuild. You may notice that we are now using the domain name NoCoARES.org, this is primarily to future proof the use of a single domain name in the case of ARES restructure in the future. If you’ve been following ARES for a while you will know that it was not long ago that the Larimer County/Weld County ARES group was known as Region 3 District 2. When it was restructured to reflect the current Region 1 District 1 we had to go through a new rebranding while being the same group and feel that it would be unnecessary to undergo that again in the future if changed again.
Mission
The mission of Colorado ARES Region 1 District 1 is to provide alternate and reliable communications to our Served Agencies in time of Emergency, Disaster or Crisis and assist anytime needed.
